About Us Community Support Highlands Community Centres Incorporated is a grass-roots, community-based organisation that has worked across the Southern Highlands for over 40 years providing life improving services and programs for all people living in our local communities. The Community Centre is located at 2 Mona Road in Bowral, and Highlands Youth Services works from the Youth Hub at Loseby Park. We are a Targeted Earlier Intervention service, working with children, young people, adults and families to access support when required to prevent issues from escalating and to empower them to lead independent and meaningful lives.
