Jodie has worked in the Community Service sector and management for over 15 years. She has extensive experience working within the TEI framework and has worked in many aspects of such including young people, homelessness, severe and persistent mental health, and family functioning within both residential and outreach services. 

Jodie moved to the Southern Highlands 8 years ago and is proud to work within her own community. Her passion is to bring social connection and a feeling of belonging to the Wingecarribee community by ensuring Highlands Community Centres are providing inclusive and meaningful services, workshops, groups, and events to the Southern Highlands community.

Nicole Blaik

Community Worker

BA (Psychology & Religious Studies), Grad Dip Counselling

Nicole is originally from New Zealand, and has called the Southern Highlands home since 2012.  Nicole has previously worked as a school counsellor, support worker in an alcohol and other drug rehabilitation centre and was the Youth Hub coordinator also at HCC. Before that she was a research assistant for many years and was involved in projects researching communication in health and education settings. She is passionate about empowering people to make life enhancing change.

Nicole runs the programs My Life My Dreams and Tuning In To Teens.

Lisa Fuller

Aboriginal Community Worker

Dip Community Services, Dip Youth Work

Lisa is our Aboriginal Community Worker.  She runs the Women's Yarning Circle and Cultural Connections for Families programs.  She also helps out at Dhungung (Food) Share at the Aboriginal Cultural Centre every second Thursday.  Lisa also provides support for Aboriginal families and Aboriginal women experiencing Domestic Family Violence and provides support and advocacy for First Nations peoples located within the Wingecarribee

Lynn Brady

NILS Coordinator

Lynn lives locally and enjoys helping others and giving back to the community.  Her background is HR, recruitment and administration.  She has been a small business owner for the past 13 years.  She is motivated by helping financially disadvantaged people access safe, affordable credit.  She is passionate about microfinance, small business and financial empowerment.

Lynn is our No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS) Coordinator.

Natalie Roberts

Senior Youth Worker

Dip Community Services

Natalie has lived in the Southern Highlands for her entire life. She has two children who she is raising in the Southern Highlands on their farm. She is passionate about Social Justice and believes that all young people deserve the chance to shine and have a voice. 

Natalie provides case management for young people between the ages of 12 and 25.  She co-facilitates the Links to Learning program and Youth Drop-In every Wednesday at the Youth Hub, facilitates the Tutoring program and provides support for young people on Work Development Orders and the Young Offenders scheme.
