Highlands Community Centres Incorporated is a grass-roots, community-based organisation that has worked across the Southern Highlands for over 30 years providing life improving services and programs for all people living in our local communities.  The Community Centre is located at Stafford Cottage in Bowral, and Highlands Youth Services works from the Youth Hub at Loseby Park.

We are a Targeted Earlier Intervention service, working with children, young people, adults and families to access support when required to prevent issues from escalating and to empower them to lead independent and meaningful lives.  We have dedicated Community and Youth Workers available to provide advocacy, information and supported referrals on a wide range of issues.
